Ms Yap, my lawyer on that occasion, was able to find bits and pieces of contradicting details that cracked the “elaborate story line” of the defendant. That this was done spontaneously in the court proceeding was astounding to say the least. Firstly, for the depth of her understanding of the industry that I am in and secondly to do it as a matter of factly …………

And as I may add, on those few cases, I had obtained a favourable judgement. And this was despite the fact that the original odds were greatly stacked against me.
